1. Who we are

This website and The 1% Closer program are operated by Elite Sales Strategy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or purchasing the program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What you are buying

The 1% Closer is a digital educational program. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the program materials (video lessons, written lessons, scripts, worksheets and bonuses) for your own learning.

Access is provided for the lifetime of the product. If we ever discontinue the program, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to download the materials you paid for.

3. What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent or publish the materials, in whole or in part.
• Share your access credentials with anyone else.
• Reproduce the content in your own paid or free training, product or coaching.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or redistribute the materials.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably determine that these restrictions have been breached.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, structure and materials remain the property of Elite Sales Strategy LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there is no recurring charge for the one-time program purchase.

6. Refunds

A seven-day money-back guarantee applies to the program. The full terms are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No professional advice, no guaranteed results

The program is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, employment or psychological advice. We do not guarantee any particular sales result, income, or outcome. Please read our earnings disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the program or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party services

The site links to and relies on third parties (for example Stripe for payment, an email service provider, and a video host). Their terms and privacy practices govern their services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
