Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

Every purchase of The 1% Closer is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, running from the date and time of your payment.

2. How to request a refund

Email contact@elitesalesstrategy.com from the address you purchased with, within seven days of purchase, with the word "refund" in the subject line. No form to fill in, no phone call, no retention pitch.

3. How quickly you get your money

We issue the refund through Stripe within two business days of receiving your request. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further five to ten business days to show the credit on your statement. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

4. What happens to your access

Access to the members area ends when the refund is issued. The licence granted in our terms of service ends with it, so please delete any materials you downloaded. The free field guide is yours to keep.

5. After seven days

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds after the seven-day window has closed. We would rather be clear about this up front than surprise you later.

6. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. We will almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the loss of access while the dispute is investigated.

7. Duplicate or accidental purchases

Charged twice, or bought by mistake? Tell us and we refund the extra charge immediately, regardless of the seven-day window.
