This policy explains what personal data Elite Sales Strategy LLC collects through the1percentcloser.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

• Email address, when you request the free field guide or subscribe.
• Purchase data: name, email and billing country, collected and processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the transaction; we never receive your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, where analytics is enabled.
• Progress data: which lessons you have marked complete. This is stored in your own browser's local storage, on your device, and is not transmitted to us.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the free guide and the program you purchased.
• To send you educational emails and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To provide customer support and process refunds.
• To understand which pages work, so we can improve them.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing email, withdrawable at any time), legitimate interests (site security and analytics), and legal obligation (tax records).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our email service provider, our hosting provider, our video host, and our analytics provider where enabled. Each processes data under its own agreement and privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as US law requires (generally seven years).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

We use local storage to remember your member session and your lesson progress. This is strictly necessary for the members area to work. If analytics or advertising pixels are enabled on this site, they set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site and program are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

11. Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
